I bought a new wireless keyboard! How cool is that?
Ok, don't worry, its not the subject matter anyway.
I bought this keyboard knowing that it can pair with my existing Logitech M310 Wireless Mouse whereas both supports Unifying (means we can just use 1 Nano receive to get both Keyboard and Mouse working).
I guess, most of you know landed to this page knows already what is Unifying and you guys already do the Unifying but to your own surprise the SetPoint (Logitech's software for these keyboard and mouse) did not detect one of your device (mostly Keyboard is the victim).
When this first happened to me, I thought it is Logitech's software limitation that the SetPoint cannot show two device in it. And I was somehow not worried about it since both keyboard and mouse is working fine although cannot configure in SetPoint.
But I don't enjoy the keyboard much because it was designed for Windows 8 while I am using Windows 7. The main reason is the Function Keys (F1, F2, F3,...) will not work unless I press them together with the new extra key "FN". So to get the F2 function (shortcut to rename files), I need to press "FN" + "F2", how lame is that? I couldn't tolerate it much longer and I decided to try Uninstall SetPoint and Reinstall it again because I was thinking SetPoint supports only 1 device and was hoping to get luck in detecting the Keyboard as main device instead of Mouse.
Just before I do that, I googled to see if there are anyone having same problem. And yes, there was many people and they easily solved this issue by Un-Pair & Re-Pair (I purposely used this spelling instead of unpair and repair).

But since it do not have screenshot or detailed instruction of Un-Pair and Re-Pair, I decided to write here and hope people who face same problem like mine will see these helpful screenshots and get their SetPoint issues resolved.
So, basically what you need to do is "Open the Unifying Reciever software, and click the advanced tab (bottom left). Highlight the Keyboard k400 entry (left) and click Un-pair button (right). Then turn the keyboard switch off and back on to Re-pair. " {quoted from "elmoputz" original statement}
But take important note that when you Un-Pair, you cannot use your mouse until you Re-Pair, so plugin any secondary (or old) mouse to your PC and do the steps below;
My original SetPoint was like this, it do not have "My Keyboard" tab.
Steps (follow my mouse cursor/pointer),
1. Click on the Unifying icon
2. Click on Open Unifying Software button
3. Click Advanced button
4. Select your Mouse and click Un-Pair button
5. Select your Keyboard and click Un-Pair button
(Note: I purposely Un-Pair all device to make clean Re-Pair)
6. Click Pair a New Device button
7. Off and On your Keyboard, wait for few seconds
8. Keyboard was detected, click Pair a New Device button again
9. Off and On your Mouse, wait for few seconds
10. Mouse also detected, now click Close button
After closed the Unifying sofware, "My Keyboard" tab appeared in SetPoint.

Extra note, if you guys are also using K400r with Windows 7 and wish to get back your Function Keys (F1, F2, F3...) back normal, as per the screenshot below,
1. Click on "My Keyboard" Tab
2. Click on "F" icon
3. Untick/Uncheck the "Swap F key functions"
Now my helpful F2 key is back on action again to dominate the world!
